The Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) hereby notifies the public that the International Institute of Philanthropy (IIP) is prohibited from awarding any degrees, academic or otherwise, within Zimbabwe. This prohibition follows a High Court judgement (HCH1469/24) delivered on 31 July 2024, which interdicted the IIP from conferring such qualifications without proper registration and accreditation in accordance with the ZIMCHE Act [Chapter 25:27].
