IntroductionThe Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) is looking for a graduate ICT Intern to start immediately. Someone with a passion for solving problems through innovative and futuristic ICT solutions. |
Background | |
Under the overall guidance of the ZIMCHE ICT, Marketing and Communication Units, the Intern will provide daily technical support to the Marketing and Communication unit by developing end-user information management tools and the technology infrastructure. The ICT Intern will work to promote a client-oriented approaches to information dissemination.
Objective of the internship: improve ICT Unit capacity in providing end user support for marketing and communication purposes.
Eligibility for the internshipCompleted or be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme/HND from a Polytechnic (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation.

2. Graphic Design Intern
Introduction
The Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education (ZIMCHE) is looking for a graduate Graphic Design Intern to start immediately. Someone with an eye for design, a creative flair, and someone who pays attention to detail.
Background
Under the overall guidance of the ZIMCHE Marketing and Communication Unit, the Intern will provide daily technical support to the Marketing and Communication unit. The Intern will work to promote client-oriented approaches to the ZIMCHE’s information disemmenitation strategies.
Objective of the internship: Improve Marketing and Communication Unit capacity in information dissemination
DESCRIPTION
Provides effective support focusing on achievement of the following results:
- Designing content for all Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
- Designing presentations
- Designing advertorials for magazines and e-magazines
- Designing emails
- Designing physical flyers for events
- Designing event invitations (digital and print)
- Designing all marketing collateral – including brochures, product docs etc
- Photography and photo editing skills
Eligibility for the internship
- Completed or be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme/HND from a Polytechnic (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation.
